Pro Arbeit

Pro Arbeit is a public institution acting as a job centre in the County of Offenbach, Hessia- Germany since 2005, whose legal mandate is to support people in social emergencies. Its main tasks are the provision of benefits to support the livelihood of beneficiaries and their integration into the labour market, so that they can make a living from their own resources. Their employer service offers holistic, customer-oriented support for companies in the regional employment market, with a comprehensive range of services for the placement of qualified applicants.

In the AI4AL project, Pro Arbeit supports the Work Package 1: Project management, coordination and quality assurance by designing the quality assurance plan, as well as Work Package 2: Engagement kit development and Work Package 3: Matching tool development by conducting the piloting of the methodology and matching tool in Germany.
