The AI4AL Matching Tool is an AI-powered and skills-based digital tool to support adult educators in their daily work and to match adult learners with the best learning opportunities. It consists of two components: The User App, which lets learners assess their skills, explore careers and create CVs, and the Educator Portal, which lets educators manage user profiles, monitor progress, and use the generated skills profiles to create highly personalized recommendations and learning paths. The Matching Tool uses the European Skills, Competences, Qualifications and Occupations (ESCO) taxonomy to capture skills and careers. Alongside the AI4AL Matching tool we have created a series of Use Cases to organise your work plan with the tool, a guide to explore how to use our tool for the creation of micro-credentials and our step by step guides for educators and learners.
